Job Description

• Production Management
- Oversee all aspects of the cutting tools production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
- Manage a high-mix, low-volume production environment where single-piece orders are a regular occurrence.

• Process and Technology
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in CNC grinding and cylindrical grinding.
- Must be familiar with and able to operate state-of-the-art machinery from brands like Vollmer, Anca, Walter, and Rollomatic, among others.

• Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled machinists and operators.
