Special Education Teacher (Certified) Specialized Programs and Services to Support the Development of Young Children A Heart for Children is an Alberta Education approved ECS program providing therapeutic and educational services to children in Kindergarten in Airdrie. Our programs are designed to support young children who may not be meeting typical developmental milestones. A Heart for Children provides the opportunity to enhance the wellbeing and development of children and their families. Our educational programs are funded by Alberta Education (PUF).
