Classroom Management & Instruction:

• Use a variety of resources, including technology, manipulatives, and multimedia, to create engaging and interactive lessons that appeal to different learning styles.
• Develop and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Integrate strategies that simplify complex content, ensuring that all students are able to access the material.
• Designing written tasks and performance-based assessments for students.

Student Monitoring & Support:

• Checking and recording students' tasks and assignments to ensure academic growth.
• Creating and implementing Weekly Activity Plans (WAP) for students.
• Creating Progress Reports (PRs) of students.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Responding to parents' messages and providing updates on student progress.
