Special Education Teacher

Glowing Flowers International is expanding its remote therapy team and is looking for a Part-Time Special Educator who can deliver multi-disciplinary support including:

Occupational Therapy, Remedial Therapy, Speech Therapy & Behavior Therapy.

Commitment:

Minimum 15–20 hours per week

Compensation:

Paid per 1-hour session (competitive rates based on experience & skill set)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for children

Deliver engaging 1:1 virtual therapy sessions

Create and implement individualized intervention plans

Track progress and maintain session documentation

Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers and internal teams

Maintain professional, ethical, and child-safe practices

Requirements:

Qualification/certification in Special Education (multi-therapy exposure preferred)

Ability to independently conduct assessments and prepare reports
