Job Description

Responsibilities
Strip and Waxing of hard surface floors.
Carpet steam cleaning.
Window washing.
Ceiling Pro.
High dusting - above 6 feet.
Pressure washing.
Wall cleaning.
Temporary staff coverage in emergencies.
Maintain and upkeep company vehicle.
Tracking of company SPS equipment.
Engage in ongoing personal trailing
Take inventory of supplies and let superiors know what is needed.
Adhere to all schedules via daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
Maintain all equipment according to the Ultra Shine equipment maintenance manuals
Adhere to various additional cleaning schedules, including special areas / specific time cleaning, etc.
Take part in random inspections performed by Ultra Shine management.
Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to work, including vans, industrial trucks, and industrial vacuum cleaners.
