We are currently working with a Global investment firm that is seeking an Associate Director with 4-7 years of experience to join there London office, while investing across Europe.

You would be reporting directly into the head of the strategy, you will be responsible directly in origination & underwriting of deal and have the capability of to create customised portfolios for investor needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental credit analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and capital structure review.
• Originate and assess new investment opportunities across Europe.
• Engage with management teams, build industry relationships, and develop well-informed investment theses.
• Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies, including covenant tracking and participation in restructuring/value-enhancement efforts.
