Specialised Carer | Home Care | Woodburn & Coraki

HammondCare At Home is continuing to expand our services and we are seeking several permanent part-time Specialised Carers to provide support to our Clients across the Woodburn/Coraki or willing to travel in these areas. 

Our specialised carer receive a work mobile phone, paid travel time and kilometres. We have flexible days of the week as well as start and finish times, and weekend loading if you choose to work weekends.

About the role

In this role, you'll provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes and directly improve their quality of life. The role requires travel to clients homes using your own car for which you'll be paid $0.96 cents per km plus paid travel time.
