What youu2019ll do
Perform new vendor setup and changes to existing vendors within PeopleSoft, Coupa and IMS.
Management of data between key vendor systems and performing analysis/reconciliation on data contained within.
Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate and recommend appropriate documents to support vendor payment setup.
Escalate appropriate high risk vendor setups with summary recommendation on best course of action for supervisor/manager review and approval.
Communicate revised requirements with vendor and follow through on vendor setup process to ensure a positive vendor onboarding experience.
Ensure that vendor maintenance and other related key control activities are completed on time, accurately, and in compliance with departmental policies.
