**Role Purpose**



Supporting GMSS by managing affiliate campaign operations, strategy, and media buying for global teams



**Key Accountabilities**



For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will be responsible for managing global campaign operations for affiliate marketing campaigns, working within our affiliate network platform. You will be providing campaign level support, setting up tracking links, affiliate offers, and technical troubleshooting of URLs. You will provide support to the affiliate managers across media strategy and buying in support of multiple IHG brands and internal lines of business driving engagement, awareness and direct response revenue or customer acquisition opportunities. You will provide support within the affiliate platform to manage inbox communications, send newsletters to publishers, and facilitate order inquiries.
