The incumbent will be required to provide anaesthetic services for elective and emergency theatre lists and births, and provide anaesthetic support to the Emergency Department, High Dependency Unit and other clinical areas as required and provide anaesthetic services for elective theatre lists at another site. The incumbent will be required to be on call, with full details of the roster requirements made available upon confirmation of availability.
The incumbent will be required to provide a minimum of 1 on call period per week. Candidates must be competent in providing anaesthesia to children 2 years and above, and maternity services, including epidurals and c-sections.
