Asset Allocator Operations Specialist – Cape Town

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assisting with service delivery by the team in terms of SLA and managing clients’ expectations;
• Owning and running queries and ad‑hoc deliverables issues arising from operations;
• Full daily support for the team and the Manager;
• Coordination of team deliverables relating to projects and new client take‑on;
• Providing mentorship and motivation to staff and ensuring that appropriate knowledge sharing and skills training are given;
• Responsibility for resolving issues that have been escalated by the team or clients;
• Ensure oversight responsibilities and team allocations are managed effectively;
• Record statistics regarding recon exposures for risk management;
• Responsibility for managing risk in the team’s daily activities, by reviewing processes and ensuring that adequate controls are in place to mitigate risk; <...
