  Job Description 
 The incumbent is mainly responsible for the Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) project, and he/she is expected to be the key lead to drive the improvement and maintenance of existing processes as well as the development and deployment of new replenishment related projects driven by the unit, reporting to the overall availability head.
 Oversee and lead successful improvement project rollouts, including UAT process
 Drive change management resolution/project
 Drive/support cluster engagement meetings on F&R
 Engage various internal stakeholders to address and resolve issues
 The incumbent may also be required to travel between outlets for audits and execution of various projects when necessary and interact with people from all levels.
