As part of our delivery of the Not Our Way program, we are seeking a dedicated Aboriginal Program Facilitator. Not Our Way is a culturally informed behaviour change program designed for Aboriginal men who use family and domestic violence, delivered in line with Department of Justice requirements.

In accordance with the group rehabilitation program for offenders in Western Australia (Department of Justice), the program must be co‑facilitated by a qualified clinician and an Aboriginal Program Facilitator. To meet these contractual and program integrity requirements, this position is identified as an Aboriginal‑identified, full‑time role.
