Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy tailored to support commercial functions (key account management, business development, sales, portfolio management, pricing, strategy and innovation, customer service)
Collect, integrate, analyze, and present commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement (incl., consolidation of the data coming from the local teams into comprehensive Commercial Reports covering the whole 3PL business)
