Specialist, Business Systems Support GBS

As s Specialist in Business Systems Support team, you will play a pivotal role in modeling business processes and designing solutions to meet our organization's requirements. You will work closely with end users, functional teams, and process owners to define, design, implement, as well as develop Oracle applications, the ServiceNow catalog services, and other business-related applications within the scope of the Business Systems Support team.

Experience Required

• Over 3 years of experience in collecting and validating business requirements on how and why. Conducting functional testing and supporting user testing for system enhancements
• More than 3 years of experience in international projects. ( is a must)
• Proven experience in working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and individual contributor.
• Strong experience in using shared work tools.
• Good understanding of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
