Job Purpose and Impact
The Specialist – Calf & Heifer will be aligned to Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health business in India. You will execute the marketing strategy and annual plans for the assigned products in the Young Animal Nutrition category in the Dairy Feed business. In this role, you will apply general knowledge of the business, market, customer drivers and product offerings to create customer driven marketing initiatives that accomplish business and financial goals.
Key Accountabilities
• Plan and execute the marketing strategy and annual plans for the assigned product, incorporating brands and customer segments as relevant and in alignment with broader business objectives.
• Partner with commercial teams to execute comprehensive product promotional programs, campaigns and other marketing activities in alignment with budgets and relevant competitive, customer and market dynamics.
