Specialist, Capital Order Management

We are seeking a Specialist, Capital Order Management to join our NCA Managed Deliveries Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end order delivery process, ensuring customer CNS orders are accurately booked, processed, and delivered on time. The role involves close coordination across engineering, production, procurement, and logistics, and reports to the Delivery Manager.

You will join a team of project and order management professionals passionate about streamlining delivery processes and ensuring operational excellence. The team is located across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

• Oversee end‑to‑end capital order delivery, ensuring customer CNS orders are accurately booked, processed, and delivered on time.
• Develop and manage delivery plans by defining key milestones, priorities, and deadlines aligned with sales agreements.
