Responsibilities

• Provides specialist-level clinical instruction and supervision to dental students and/or residents to ensure a safe, effective, and high-quality clinical learning environment.
• Plans, prepares, and implements clinical teaching and learning activities in the area of specialization in coordination with faculty and department leadership.
• Demonstrates advanced clinical procedures and techniques in the specialty area, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice and professional standards.
• Develops, prepares, and delivers specialized teaching materials, clinical manuals, presentations, and instructional aids for use in clinical education.
• Guides and mentors students individually or in groups to reinforce advanced clinical concepts, diagnostic skills, treatment planning, and patient management.
