NHS Fife Pharmacy & Medicines Directorate invites an experienced pharmacist to play a pivotal role in the rollout of the Health Electronic Prescription and Medicines Administration (HEPMA) system across our hospital sites. This is a chance to be at the forefront of digital change, shaping how medicines are prescribed, administered, and monitored to improve safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Embed HEPMA into clinical practice and support staff through the change process.
Ensure the system delivers real benefits for patients and professionals.
Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
Collaborate with site pharmacy teams, wider multidisciplinary teams and the Digital & Information Pharmacy Team.
