Job Description
Specialist: Remuneration & Benefits
Responsible for the administration of employee's compensation and benefits, compensation databases, job grading, benchmark compensation as well as employee share matching scheme. Responsible for coordinating global mobility services and execution in line with Saab's International Assignment Policy.
Your role
- Prepare the annual workforce and salary budget including the evaluation of the need for new positions and the total remuneration cost
- Management and administration of Saab Shares scheme
- Analyse different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Manage all increase related administration, timeous surveying, benchmarking and analysis
- Collaborate with line managers to drive HR & Comp policies and processes
