Job Description

                    Responsibilities Diagnose and manage complex pediatric illnesses providing expert clinical opinions and treatment plans 
Lead and mentor junior medical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality patient care 
Develop and implement specialized pediatric programs addressing specific health needs within the community 
Conduct advanced diagnostic procedures and interpret specialized tests ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses 
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies for critically ill or complex cases 
Engage in pediatric research contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and best practices 
Educate patients and families on complex medical conditions empowering them to actively participate in care 
Provide expert consultation services to other healthcare professionals on challenging pediatric cases
