Specialist Contract Management (m/f/d)

You will:
Independently prepare, review, and monitor lease and operating management statements (fixed and turnover-based leases).

Integrate new contracts into the system and manage them independently.

Make payments on time and monitor outstanding items.

Be the contact person for clients and auditors

Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (including provisions and sale...
