Specialist, Contracts and Procurement

As a Specialist, Contracts and Procurement, you will support the Polar Max Program’s procurement activities related to commissioning and project delivery through effective contract drafting, vendor management, and selected procurement tasks. Drafting and administering commissioning contracts, subcontractor amendments, and related commercial documentation, and leading procurement activities, are some of the responsibilities and skills required for this position.

The position works in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders across Engineering, Commissioning, Logistics, Project Management Office, Legal, Contract Management Office, and Supply Chain functions and requires regular international travel, with approximately 60% of time based in Finland and 40% in Canada, as required.
