KBR is looking for Specialist Cost Estimation Engineer for an offshore PMC project to be based in Client office in Abu Dhabi UAE.

Develop detailed cost estimates during planning, tendering, and execution phases Analyze project requirements, scope, and risks to determine cost impacts.
