Job Summary

Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts; master product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements; initiate steps to help customers with concerns or roadblocks that prohibit satisfaction or product usage; manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers; manage high‑volume customer contacts through phone and email each day—majority outbound; work with team and management to deliver a professional experience during all customer interactions; maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured; undertake sales motions (lead qualification, conversion, health checks, customer voice, renewals); report directly to a Sales Manager.
