Job Description

What you will be doing 
As the digital specialist, you will support the Head of Digital Platform Management & Design in planning and delivering of the innovative new key features and journey to support the Customer & Digital goals. You will actively connect & collaborate with stakeholders (including government agencies and external partners) to understand emerging trends and technologies for journey design planning and identify ways to optimize the customer experience across the digital platforms. 
Principal responsibilities    
Support Digital Product Owner and focus on developing the business and customer journey requirements required to deliver the new features and functionalities in current or integrated digital platforms 
Work together with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to ensure delivery of optimize customer experience 
Collaborate with various teams such as technology, UI/UX, operations, product, distribution, Group, WPB/bank, a...
