Specialist Demand Planning

Job Summary:
To be able to analyze MNO B2S & Colo site orders for acceptance as per internal guidelines while keeping abreast of MNO network expansion strategies. The incumbent should be able to perform competition benchmarking analysis as well while considering latest Towerco trends.
Main Responsibilities:
Demand analysis of customer orders for acceptance or rejection of orders based on proximity analysis and high tenancy potential.
Identify MNOs future requirements for planning of a consolidated RF Grid that meets coverage and capacity needs of multiple MNOs.
Follow-up internally for materialization of overlapping site orders between MNOs.
IBS design & planning for high rise buildings & etc.
Evaluate SARs submitted by SPM w.r.t internal guidelines.
Identify ways for improvement of existing Tawal sites' portfolio's tenancy ratio.
Responsible for DB management and record keeping of all B2S and Colo orders allocated by the MNO.
