Specialist, Digital Operations

As the UXUI designer, you will support the UX/UI lead in the end to end digital design sprint drive design delivery and optimization of the digital platforms customer journeys. You will lead, create and manage the Company's design framework and tools. You will actively connect & collaborate with stakeholders to understand emerging trends and technologies for journey design planning and identify ways to optimize the customer experience across the digital platforms.

Principal responsibilities  

• Collaborate with Group level & local stakeholders to understand user needs, identify design opportunities to create meaningful experiences and implement Ux/Ui guidelines, principles and best practices to ensure consistency and minimize repetitive work
• Support Ui/UX lead:
