Responsible for supporting the implementation and operational management of customer engagement, gamification, loyalty, campaign and partner‑funded commercial initiatives across Telkom’s digital ecosystem to drive customer acquisition, retention, ARPU uplift, customer engagement and digital revenue growth objectives. Support the identification and onboarding of commercial partners and engagement opportunities that contribute towards revenue generation, customer value creation and monetisation of Telkom’s digital engagement capabilities.
