Specialist Expediting

Role Purpose:

The Project Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of Equipment, and required documentation, in accordance with the project schedule and contractual commitments. The role coordinates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to safeguard the project’s delivery timelines

Job Responsibilities:

• Expediting Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the Project Expediting Plan in alignment with the project schedule, Assign expediting priorities based on equipment criticality, Ensure expediting activities are aligned with project milestones and delivery requirements.
