Specialist, Field Safety - 000GP7 Description The Field Safety Specialist position is a leadership role established to oversee application of the Safety processes for the respective region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Daily Safety support of local area Operations, Maintenance, and Shared Services personnel. + Maintain close communication with local Maintenance and Operations Supervisors and Managers. + On-site support of high-risk projects and maintenance activities with a focus on Job Planning/Prep, Equipment Isolation, Equipment Clearing, Excavations and Hot Work/Atmospheric Monitoring. + Track the progress and status of open audit / ESS action items and assist in completion where possible. + Visit all control rooms, shops, work sites, pipeline projects, and other field activities on a routine basis to make observations and check compliance and implementation of established safety practices and procedures. + Attend and participate in Operation’s Job Planning, ...
