Specialist Finance Analyst

Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Finance Analyst to support financial operations across multiple manufacturing plants (milk, bread, beverage, grocery, and ice cream). This role will partner closely with plant managers to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support forecasting in alignment with operational goals
• Conduct variance analysis and communicate performance drivers
• Assist in developing presentations for internal stakeholders
• Maintain weekly/monthly financial reports
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and annual planning

Qualifications:

• Experience in FP&A, preferably in manufacturing or operations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to build relationships across diverse teams
