  • Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programmes and processes on a local and partially European and global level

  • Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues

  • Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required) to employees, HR, Finance, HMRC and third parties
