Specialist, Hr Shared Services Operations

Overview:**Responsibilities**:- Provide primary support for Americas employees, both salaried and hourlies, regarding general HR questions- Resolves or triages HR tickets in Service Now System- Coordinates onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment and responds to requests for employment verifications- Coordinates employee transfers, including country to country.
- Coordinates employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and notification to government entities as appropriate- Processes employee data changes and reviews master data prior to payroll processing- Participates in auditing of HR processes and paperwork, provides regular reporting and supports HR Operations projects as assigned- Answer and assist employees and managers with all HR system issues- Ability to understand and discuss company policies with employees and managers.
