Skilled in assessing learning needs, creating engaging onboarding and skills training, and evaluating program effectiveness through data and feedback. Partners closely with business leaders to drive employee engagement, strengthen culture, and deliver clear, compelling People Operations communications. Highly proficient in multimedia training platforms, presentation delivery, and project coordination, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
