Specialist, Human Resources (Systems & Projects) - CONTRACT

Job Description

Under the general direction of the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, the Specialist, Human Resources (Systems & Projects) is the primary administrator for Oracle HCM Cloud learning management system (CONNECT Learning) and integrated tools, overseeing installation of all system updates, upgrades and other software integrated with CONNECT Learning. The Specialist is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of CONNECT Learning, and also provides support to the HR Systems & Projects team for various CONNECT processes and projects. The Specialist also supports other modules such as Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and Reporting. The position provides learning management system administration and support and technical set‑up of system functionality. This is a fixed‑term contract position with an expected end date of August 2027.
