This position is responsible for the application of Human Resources principles, practices and tools that support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment.A key area of impact is assisting one or more HRBP's with execution of day-to-day activities.This role is accountable for general client customer service, recruiting, HR administration and process improvement support.Requires 1+ year of related work experience and a minimum of a bachelor's degree.Perform HR responsibilities within assigned client group including but not limited to day-to-day HR employee relations, coaching, employee engagement, employee development and cultural change.Manage the recruiting process for hourly positions from start to finish, including hiring needs, vacancy posting, interview, hiring process in systems, file and on-boarding receiving and file control.Provide customer support at HR front desk, attend resignations and input them into the C-CURE system, prepare letters a...
