Job Overview: -

The IT Workplace/Infrastructure Specialist will provide day-to-day support to employees. This includes desktop, application, project, video conferencing & telephony systems support for the organization. Responsible for deploying, maintaining, and repairing the computer and network infrastructure of Commerz Global Service Solutions. Explores technical solutions, determines the applicability to Commerz Global Service Solutions, and makes recommendations for deployment. The IT Workplace/Infrastructure Specialist will need to be a strong team player and collaborate well with others.

This IT workplace/infrastructure specialist should also guide the junior specialist in the team. Should be knowledgeable about the security framework and system.

The IT workplace / infrastructure specialist must be team oriented / organize their own activities, working autonomously and with full accountability.
