Job Description

Responsibilities: 
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities
Analyze state processes and design future state automated workflows suitable for unattended execution 
Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD) documenting: Process scope, inputs, outputs, and exceptions As Is and To Be process flows Business rules and dependencies 
Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) detailing: Technical architecture and integration approach Data sources, APIs, and system interactions Error handling, logging, and resiliency patterns 
Design and develop Power Automate Cloud Flows utilizing APIs, connectors, and structured data to support reliable system to system integration 
Develop Power Automate Desktop flows for unattended automation of legacy or UI based systems where APIs are not available
