Let's do this. Let's change the world. We are looking for a highly motivated Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst to support Amgen's Manufacturing Applications Product Team across custom applications focused on finite scheduling, predictive maintenance, and AI-enabled plant operations.

This role is grounded in strong business analyst practices and will be key in eliciting, documenting, refining, and validating business requirements for custom manufacturing applications. The role supports two related workstreams: finite scheduling applications, and AI-centric operational applications such as Equipment Copilot and PlantPulse. The role partners with manufacturing SMEs, product owners, platform leads, developers, and external vendors to translate plant needs into clear requirements, inform backlog prioritization, coordinate testing, and support adoption of capabilities that replace spreadsheet-driven and legacy workflows.
