Purpose of the Position
The Job Development Specialist of Supportive Housing is responsible for the successful integration of assessing clients’ job readiness and job development as well as supporting the employment/educational goals of each client to ensure compliance with Win’s and other agency contractual requirements.

+ Commit to using evidence-based practices (EBP); Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), critical time intervention, and boundary setting, to help clients achieve their goals.
