The Specialist, Labor Relations is a HR professional responsible for managing and maintaining constructive relationships between the organization and its workforce. This role requires in-depth knowledge of labor laws, negotiation strategies, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**

+ Serve as the primary liaison between management and employee
+ Advise managers and HR partners on labor relations strategy, legal compliance, and issue resolution
+ Investigate complex employee grievances or disputes and recommend appropriate action
