**Responsibilities:**

+ Maintain accurate customer profiles and process load entries from customer tenders in the Freight Optimizer system.
+ Proactively update account managers on load issues and resolutions, while providing timely status updates to customers and receivers.
+ Monitor daily pickups and deliveries, conduct driver check calls, ensure on-time delivery, and validate load details before final completion.
+ Manage delivery appointments, investigate and document shipment discrepancies (overages, shortages, ...
