Specialist Network Infrastructure Engineer

Key Activities:
Provide 2nd/3rd level network support for Datacenter Network
Handle Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in production network environment
Support various network projects
Communicate with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors
Participate in weekends, public holiday and on-call support
Working arrangement during EMEA hours, 3PM - 12AM Malaysia time.
Essential Skills
Networking knowledge with a minimum of 3-5 years experience (Cisco CCNA/CCNP level) with skills in most of the following topics:
Layer-2 network technologies
Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
Campus and Datacenter Operation Systems (Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, Cisco NXOS)
Product Know-How for Cisco Nexus and Catalyst series
Multi-Chassis Aggregation with Nexus and Catalyst Series
Knowledge on ACI environment
Network management technologies like SNMP SYSLOG, IP SLA, NetFlow
