Responsibilities:

• Maintain a database of volunteers and/or workers
• Support in recruitment, deployment, training, and appreciation of volunteers and/or workers
• Support case work related to the volunteers and/or workers
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to carry out activities for workers
• Provide support to monitor effectiveness of programmes and recommend new activities that may be beneficial for volunteers and/or workers
• Support in other areas when the need arises.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Entry level candidates welcomed to apply
• Any experience in engaging workers would be advantageous
• Great time management & problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity and knowledge
