 As an Operations Specialist, you will manage, perform, organize, and streamline Customer Care Center operational tasks. You will interact with clients, providers, and internal partners to provide information and resolve problems.
 
   Responsibilities  
  In this Job, you will:  
 Monitor operational processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
 Track processes and prepare reports for management Partner with internal teams to identify process gaps and offer recommendations for process improvement.
 Manage multiple assignments at a time and works closely with leadership to prioritize and communicate on assignments and deliverables.
