Study and identify improvements opportunities and provide subject matter expertise to ensure the coherence and optimisation of all activities related to Operations Excellence. Design and implement changes to processes that improve results and reduce cost and eliminate waste.

Deliver process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives whilst addressing all process deficiencies through re‑engineering interventions and corrective action plans.

Develop and implement all technical training related to Operations including the receipt, storage, handling and delivery of aviation products, use of related equipment’s, safety and fire prevention, driving of fuelling vehicles and quality control.
