Job Description

Coordinate end-to-end payroll activities for assigned ASEAN countries, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Act as the primary point of contact between HR, Finance and external payroll vendors.
Consolidate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, allowances, and deductions) and validate data accuracy.
Monitor payroll calendars, cut-off dates and statutory deadlines across ASEAN countries.
Ensure payroll processing complies with local labor laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements in each ASEAN country.
Review payroll outputs, variance reports and reconciliations prepared by external payroll vendors.
Support year-end activities (e.g., tax forms and annual declarations).
Maintain payroll documentation in line with internal controls and audit requirements.
Track vendor performance, resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
