Key responsibilities in your new role
Calculate final payments for resigning employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions.
Submit tax clearance for leavers in accordance with tax regulations.
Manage and administer the time attendance system, including updating schedules and correcting overtime records.
Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize time attendance reports.
Handle employees' payroll-related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.
Maintain payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures, and recommend changes and improvements.
Support change requests whenever needed.
