Job Description:
As the Specialist, Program Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and execution, including cost, schedule and performance, of various programs. The candidate will coordinate directly with customers, manage the internal Integrated Product Team (IPT) and communicate status with site leadership. The general role and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions:
Manage rapid and evolving programs of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction.
Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
Develop and manage program plans, schedules and budgets in accordance with contractual baselines.
